What needs to be done to come to the country for medical care

To travel for treatment, you need to know the required length of stay in the country. If the period will not exceed 90 days, as well as if you are a citizen of a country that is not included in the visa-free category, you must apply for a visa type C 07. The application can be submitted only 3 months or closer to the date of the intended trip to Ukraine. You must apply in person to collect biometric data.

Most often, the cost of medical services for foreigners is determined by the clinic itself and regulated by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Foreigners who have a certificate of permanent residence can apply for free medicine, as well as refugees or stateless persons in need of protection.
